Principal Trainers


Chris Grimsley has twenty years experience of training, facilitation and organisational change in the public sector. Chris is internationally certified as a Trainer and Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming. He has a Masters degree in Organisational Analysis and Behaviour, and qualifications in Psychology and Social Work. Chris draws on a range of models and change processes to assist people to understand and address challenges at work.

Glenda Sutcliffe worked in local government and the voluntary sector for many years, working with diverse groups of children and adults that are disadvantaged or excluded in some way. Glenda’s experience includes training, managing and developing projects, personal development, community work and small business activities. She has qualifications in teaching and training, management, assertiveness confidence and self esteem raising, and is also certified as an Associate Trainer and Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming.
